Equipment & Accreditation
The Lab offers scanning and editing stations with calibrated 24″ Eizo monitors, printers for both inkjet and chromogenic photo paper, and as well a 5000 K viewing both for evaluating prints. We also offer a range of high-end still cameras which all can be taken out.
If you would like to get a general overview of the equipment available, or want to find out what equipment is best suitable for your project, you can always contact us to schedule a lab tour, or simply drop by during staff office hours.
Accreditation
Each user must be accredited for each type of equipment they would like to use. Accreditation workshops ensure us that you have the knowledge to safely operate the equipment. These workshops are done done by appointment.

Workstations
Epson printer P20000
64″ pigment inkjet printer. A selection of photo papers are stocked for this printer, or users may bring their own. For the choice of available media see Media Prices.

Hasselblad Scanner Flextight X1
High quality film scanner for formats up to 4X5.

High quality flatbed scanner for reflective or transparent material (film and prints)Â up to 11″x17.

ZBE Chromira printer 1x 50″
Chromogenic LED printer for 50″ rolls. Prints on traditional light-sensitive photo paper, which needs to be loaded and processed in complete darkness. The paper is processed in a RA-4 processor. Please note that the processor is shut down from beginning of July to late August, and mid December to beginning of January. During that time no printing is possible.
